Fans hoping to get their hands on a brand new Steven Gerrard shirt will be in for a nasty surprise when they get to the checkout.
LA Galaxy are charging astronomical prices on their replica 'Gerrard 8' jerseys, afterrevealing that their new talisman will be keeping his iconic No.8 shirt at his new club.
Gerrard is set to make his debut for Galaxy in the the July 17 clash with San Jose Earthquakes and supporters have been urged to buy their shirts with the Englishman's name on the back now.
But those shirts will not come cheap, with a long-sleeved jersey costing £134 ($204.99).
Want to save yourself £20? Well, the short-sleeved version is available for £114. Still a hefty price.

In comparison, a short-sleeved 'Gerrard 8' shirt at Liverpool, in the current sale at the official club shop, would cost £42.
Gerrard is set to feature in what is likely to be his final ever Merseyside derby on Saturday evening, as Liverpool travel to Goodison Park.
The talisman scored his 10th goal in Merseyside derbies earlier in the season, during the 1-1 draw at Anfield. Only Ian Rush, Dixie Dean and Alex Young have scored more goals in games between the two sides.
But Everton manager Roberto Martinez has insisted that he wants to make Gerrard's final derby one to forget, as the Toffees look to win their first clash between the two since a 2-0 victory in 2010.
