Cristiano Ronaldo Slams ‘Unintelligent’ Reporter
Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo was seemingly annoyed with his side's 4-0 defeat to Atletico Madrid on Saturday, and slammed one reporter after the game.
The embarrassing 4-0 loss to their crosstown rivals marked the sixth game this season in which Los Blancos failed to beat Atletico.
Ronaldo, who returned after his two-match ban, couldn’t influence the game and showed his frustration towards a reporter, who asked him about his controversial Club World Cup badge incident against Cordoba.
“Do you want to talk about what happened today or about Cordoba, that was three weeks ago now,” an annoyed Ronaldo responded.
“What do you want me to say? If you were an intelligent journalist you’d ask me questions about today’s game.
“You are not intelligent. Sorry.”
Despite their 4-0 defeat, Real Madrid are still one point ahead of Barcelona and four better than Atletico.
