So Cristiano Ronaldo has reached that previously fearsome milestone for every footballer, he has turned 30. That's it Ronny, may as well just hang your boots up now.
From now on we'll all forever have to refer to the Real Madrid man as a 'veteran', he'll start complaining in training when the youth kids are outpacing him and he'll accidentally turn up to work in his slippers.
OK, maybe we're being a little dramatic. Were previously reaching 30 was a dreaded achievement for a footballer, we're pretty sure the Ballon d'Or winner has little to worry about.
To celebrate, we're going to remind ourselves why you're such a bloody great guy:
1. He'll do ANYTHING to please the fans
As proven when he dressed up as a homeless person before revealing himself to hand over a football to one lucky boy.

We're talking about his statue in Portugal you filthy lot. Well, we guess judging by its appearance it still kinda works...
