The Frenchman, 28, has been linked with a move away from White Hart Lane but Pochettino has moved to put an end to those rumours

Mauricio Pochettino has assured Tottenham fans that goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is going nowhere – and that Europe's big guns are wasting their time trying to lure him away from White Hart Lane.
Real Madrid are believed to be considering a move for France keeper Lloris this summer if they cannot land their No.1 target, Manchester United's David De Gea.
Moneybags leaders of French Ligue 1 Paris St Germain are also monitoring Lloris, butSpurs boss Pochettino insists neither Real nor PSG have any chance of landing him.
And Poch Spice believes Tottenham can deliver Champions League football next season, which would keep Lloris, 28, in north London at any price.
Pochettino, whose only deadline day signing was £5m MK Dons starlet Delle Ali, said: “For me it is very simple. Hugo is one of the best goalkeepers in the world and his contribution has been amazing.
“He is very happy with us at Tottenham, and it is going to be very difficutl for any club to to get him in because he is happy here.
“People keep saying he wants to play in the Champions League – maybe he can do that with Tottenham.”
Midfielder Nabil Bentaleb is back from African Cup of Nations duty with Algeria, and he will go straight into Pochettino's squad for Saturday's north London derby with Arsenal.
“He is in very good condition, he is 100 per cent” said the Spurs head coach. “But the timing of the competition is not in a good moment. It is bad for the clubs and the players, and I think it should change in future.”
