Alternative League Table: how far do fans travel for goals?

Fans in the Holte End stand at Aston Villa
Everybody loves a good away day. Travelling up and down the country with your mates to a ground you've never been to and then bragging about it in the pub afterwards: wonderful.
Having said that, it's not ideal if you're a Southampton fan travelling all the way up to Newcastle to sit through a 0-0 bore draw, for example.
It got us thinking here at Row Zed, are away days in the Premier League really worth it? And if they do require so much travel time, which set of fans are getting the best (and worst) value?
We're not talking about value for money… we want value for GOALS!
Having seen their side only net four times on the road this season it equates to 584 minutes per goal and a whopping 2336 miles travelled.
For that reason Villa fans, you top our table this week... we salute you
And as for Man City fans? You lucky swines…
