Goal-machine-turned-hopeless-shadow-of-a-man-turned-goal-machine-again Fernando Torres has topped a UEFA poll, crowning him the best signing of the January transfer window.
The former Spain striker had a torrid time at Chelsea after his £50million move, and after a loan move to Milan turned out just as badly - possibly even worse - there were fears that el niño was completely done.
But how things have changed since his return to Atletico Madrid.
The centre-forward has grabbed decisive goals against archrivals Real Madrid and Barcelona, hitting the net three times in just 252 minutes in the Copa del Rey - better than a goal a game.
